- Services performed by PNW Locksmith are not subject to refund; Prior to purchasing our service, accurately identify and understand the issues affecting your vehicle. Please review donor parts by ensuring that the donor parts you plan to send us are in working condition.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment used to make the purchase. You will receive the credit once the return has been approved, but it will depend on your bank's processing.
- Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer on the returning item if the services haven't been completed. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

Also, we save all the original and donor module files, ensuring that the integrity and functionality of the repaired parts are maintained. If you have any doubts or are unsatisfied with our services, we are more than happy to reevaluate and take another look at the repaired parts.
